Hi, I’m Madelyn, the photographer behind Madelyn Barr Photography!

I’m a Tuscaloosa, Alabama-based photographer with a love for capturing photos that feel natural, personal, and full of personality. While I photograph a little bit of everything, I especially love western lifestyle, couples, equine, rodeo, and portrait photography.

For me, photography is about more than getting the perfect posed photo. I love the movement, laughs, little details, and in-between moments that make a session feel like you.

And if you’re someone who says, “I’m awkward in front of the camera,” don’t worry. I’ll help you with posing, locations, outfit ideas, and everything in between!
